I am also trying to obtain duty officers for the crafting of Level 15 projects. While these projects require the use of a specific R&D duty officer, I am not receiving to much feedback on the requisitioning of said duty officers.

When crafting a level 15 specialized duty officers are required. Gumarre is fine for crafting Aegis items, but to craft other items at level 15 requires a special R&D Duty Officer. How do you obtain these duty officers to craft for level 15 projects?
