• Update, I logged out completely, including closing arc, and left the last message then logged back in, and all the bridge officers were in my roster. Looks like that fixed it.

• The patch is so slow as to be nonexistant. I guess I'm just not playing. I wonder if Cryptic even knows about the problem, surely I can't be the only one?

• For me it's during the loading screen while it's patching. I'm going to disable the patch on demand and see if that helps.
