Hey guys I had this problem too. Managed to fix it however. If the mission "mountain pass" is green in your mission log as in where you can check and replay episodes in the pause menu. Simply chose the mountain pass mission from the new romulus story section accept it and you're good to go. Like I said worked for me. No…

Go to the change character option and log straight back in with the same character. Just wait a couple of seconds after the cut scene. Worked for me had same issue on the same mission.

Like one of the posts said just go to the change character screen and log back in with the same character. Took me a couple of attempts but it did work. I was on the mission bug hunt when it happened to me I just had to wait a couple of seconds after the cut scene had finished before it fixed the invisible character issue.

Agree with you all especially the romulan shuttles. Barely see it at all and not at all if it's cloaked

Go to character selection screen and log straight back in. Worked for me in the end just wait till after the cut scene has fully finished it'll put you back by the main door but you'll be visible and so with the vardwaar dude eldex and the chap you're fighting

Yep my romulan would also appear to have this issue. Sadly if you're in the middle of a quest changing character will just put you back to before the cut scene or transport that I found the issue after. Been a bit of a poor sto experience so far it must be said.

Sadly in the same boat. Xbox engineering romulan captain. Can't spend points above lvl 50 can't select rep traits either. Purchased zen to buy a t6 ship buy I don't see any point as I can't take advantage of traits. Grounds for a refund maybe? Got the same reply as everyone else. Unreported bug...... looks fairly well…
