Everyone in the game is F2P, unless they are LTS players. So, no matter what the mix is of who is paying how much each month, the numbers are the same. The majority of the cash generated comes from the C-Store peppered with some LTS purchases, probably during the two or three sales each year.

From what I could tell, it appeared all of the dialogue was there, it just wasn't in order with the dialogue text. As best as I could tell.

Same Issue here as well. Disappointed that this isn't fixed in tomorrow's patch. EDIT: I had to abandon and restart this mission and finally got her to appear on the fourth time through.

I haven't been able to confirm this, because my JH ships aren't Mastery LvL 6 yet, but try reclaiming the Expansion pack and the Starter pack on your new toon and see if that helps. I know you shouldn't have to reclaim these packs, but it's worth a try.

Doing a reclaim on Zen and Dil/Event ships is fine to get the weapons, but what about ships that can't just be reclaimed, such as Lobi ships? I'm ok with the warp streaks coming off the nacelles and impulse engines, but I don't want to see stars zooming by. It's a proven fact that stars do not streak past you, even while traveling at high speeds. I'd like to keep a bit of realism in sector space if possible.

I agree that the command powers do not offer substantial benefits. At best they offer a little flavor to PvE. I wouldn't hang ship choice on having command abilities, they just aren't that impactful.

I've been running into a lot of little bugs like that recently (even on my vet toon). Sometimes, just leaving to sector space fixes it and sometimes I have to drop and restart, but I haven't noticed any that specifically blocked my advancement after one of those two solutions was tried.
