customer was king^^ I experienced the same with the winter event before the last one. And here we see, that not even the customer service is for the customer. It is basically a way for this company to collect information about bugs and issues. Then they count and work on the top 3...

WTF I do not get it... I play, the connections times out all the time I want to play, the ARC things is dead I do not want to play, friends tell me to... but then find STO having server downtime... Is there a way to start STO without STEAM, ARC or other things inbetween?

Well, the "known issues" tab should be as long as this whole thread,.... What about the disappearing boff abilities disappearing every time we change maps? Its hilarious to get into an STF and having to slot all abilities back into their trays...

@Xonotos24: Well I canceled it yesterday and all I can do now is to save the pictures for next year... Kinda stupid that we chose the right ship but got the wrong one...

The only really annoying thing is, that I am really sure that I slotted the Raider project since first time I started the raider the cruiser appeared. I canceled it and clicked again on raider.... still cruiser... Kinda wierd aint it?

Well it seems like more ppl are having the same problem that if u start the raider project as the second project in the que it only gives u the cruiser (again)... Maybe the Devs can give stop the project for us and give us the Pictures of Q we already put in back. Only solution I can come up with...

Well I slotted the cruiser first and second the Raider. I completed the cruiser project and got the reward, but instead of the raider starting, the cruiser started again.
