Rather irrelevant after the phoenix event drove it down to the 290s. Going from 100 to 200 dollars is not what i would call a decent price especially since the whole idea with the infinity giveaways seems to be making something more available to drive the price DOWN.
And yet the ships are now twice as much as they were in the original promo and from the looks of things increasing. Considering some of the prices are getting to 290 keys at 5,440,000 EC a per key trying getting close to 3 billion.
Aka what private channels are becoming these days, what with them unregulated markets where seller controls the price. Here's the thing 2 months ago when this was a limited thing people weren't sure was going to happen again the price went up to around 100 keys, its doubled on the rerun. Despite all the so called economic…
So went you people's oh it will go down becuase blah blah blah free market turns out to be a crock, its well its the consumers fault now. How about just admitting its players being greedy, and the invisible hand is just a fairytale, instead of just shifting the goalposts.
Which caters to what is likely a minority of the player base. No it does not, see the default uniform and the fact that TOS captains are encouraged to switch to them after they hot the 25th century.
I doubt it, most the general consensus I get on this is that people seem to accept it this time becuase they figure its a "CBS made them do it" thing. Besides they'd probably run out of lockbox and promo ship stat ideas if they started doing more than usual.
Um, you must have missed the part where they didn't put main faction ships in the lockbox or promo box except this one time in those 6 years, as in it wasn't the only place to get new ships during that time.
Because I don't just hang out around the hubs all day. I talking ques, the various game areas, and ect. You're arguing in favor of Cryptic doing something rather stupid, so you are one to talk.
No, not really. How about the CDF stop arguing for something idiotic. Because thats what potientially mandatory lockbox ships (which they will become if they raise the level cap again and this is the only way to get T7 ship) is, idiotic.
No I mean as in most of the player base becuause you don't see any of those ships being the majority in game, that's still the c-store ships. Heck you barely see T6 TOS Connies flying around.
Which had less content than they one everyone wanted to roast the devs over, and ditched the TOS theme rather quickly. The one everybody cares about being in a cash grab gamble box instead of the C-store, meaning only a minority of players will ever get it. Which seems to be an even smaller minority than usual.
