I've been having this issue for a few days too, can't drop anything in attachment boxes, even consumables like food and hypos.Turns out items do get sent, you just can't see what you put in the box

How do you skip ahead?...I have only been playing the game about 2 weeks, and it really blows to beat your head against a wall, kill the battleship with a shuttle, and still be cockblocked just because there is no ship to hail.....I completely dropped the quest and took it again, didn't have any others in…
