• I've opened more than 15 Xindi lockboxes and all I get are R&D items or experience pools. Is there something I need to do to get a ship or bridge officer?

• I've opened about 10 of the Xindi lock boxes and never received a ship. All I seem to get are R and D items. Can someone tell me why?
