I have been unable to get past the launcher as well since a patch release during the 1st week of September. Does anyone read these posts? Do they know what's going on? This is very upsetting, I have a Lvl 50 Klingon and Fed characters and I'm a recruiter for 2 fleets. This is very very bad. I am now wandering how many more…

I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and still unable to log in. I cannot get past the logging in, please wait window. :mad: I use Windows 7 dual core processor.
