All this week the loadouts (which were saved) do not reload when switching ships. When I switch ships one of two things happens. Just a reminder. We are still waiting... I just played "Fluid Dynamics" as was reminded HOW COOL this ship is. Stop wasting time on making new ships and just release this one (as perhaps an event ship, with the ORIGINAL look). This is an awesome ship, even today with all the overly fancy stuff.

I just noticed when you buy both tiers that there is a SEPERATE key you need to unlock. It is below the visual line and you have to scroll down on the redeem your key page.

Today I was disgusted. The Zen has dried up yet we need more ways to spend dilithium? They have so many Zen related sales I have no need to worry about stockpiled dilithium. Really... since there is no way to exchange dilithium for Zen as the exchange dried up. I guess this will work. That is sarcasm by by the way. THAT issue is causing this Lifetime player NOT to log in daily. You might want to address that first.

Same here- blackscreen. I tried all of the above including a reinstall of the game. Nothing. It began a over a week ago. Neverwinter would blackscreen. All I had to do was Ctrl/Alt/Delete out, and try again and it would work. Then all of a sudden it stopped doing it all together, now after a patch the game blackscreens…
