I don't know exactly how, but I solved this by updating my audio drivers. Thanks for everyone's help, I appreciate it.

I disabled everything under Sound in the Device Manager. I don't know if that's what you meant or not, but it didn't change anything.

I uninstalled Steam STO, installed non-Steam STO, and I got the same error. I uninstalled TeamViewer a while ago, since I never used it.
