I think it's safe to say we aren't getting a fix tonight. It's 8:25pm, devs are home. Server admins are home. No one's going to give a TRIBBLE until the next business day. Bottom line: No STO until tomorrow.
Personally, i'm in love with the new AP torp. I've never used torps before but this thing is pure awesome. Thnx Cryptic for giving us all ap users a torp we can use. ;) Please don't nerf it!
Thanks for the reply/ that info. I did have the trait removed, yet playing w/o it I didn't notice a difference. This is why I suspected something was wrong, well that and seeing the actual regeneration under ship stats not stacking the trait onto the base shield regeneration.
