Good point Frojoe! I do agree that it feels like there is a lack of updates.. But they may feel that it is pointless to update without any news.. Not sure.. Can't speak for them.. I do agree an occasional update would be nice!

I think you are reading into things.. They are trying to asses where the problem is so they can resolve the problem. They didn't blame the users for the problem.. And they didn't ask the users to fix the problem.. They just asked to get some info from us so they could see where the connection fails. In my opinion at least.…

It's not just Europe. I'm having the same problem in San Diego, California. And, like everyone else, my tracert's last connection was cogentco.
