if it can convince any player, i'll share my experience... i only play STO since january 2017. as a newbie i encountered many players that tried to talk me into not getting into the PvP community, that it was reserved to some endgame microcosm, that game mechanics are so different in PvP than PvE, that PvP is dead, etc…
