• Yup they seem unwilling to provide support to anyone who uses windows 10, even when windows 10 is clearly not the culprit. Just flat out refusing to assist your customers is a terrible business practice, kudos Cryptic for having the worst support period.

• The website is Arc unless you purchase your Zen through he steam wallet you are going through Arc those are presently the only 2 options, it is always best to use a Credit card directly rather than payapl whenever possible, paypal reviews transaction on a base by case basis, any minute change in your information entered…

• It will use your default payment method, this can be changed on the Paypal site, simply log in click the setting cog in the top right section of the page, then click payment preferences, your payment choices will be listed on the left side column chose your preferred method and then you are good to go.

• Yep same thing happened to me subbed and then it cancelled itself after three days, during that time some exchanges sold and I lost the money when the cap came down, apparently cryptic calls me a liar and says I haven't sold anything...the support from this company is awful.
