There are a few other threads detailing the problem - in brief there was a mix up in the emailing and some PWI and STO players got codes for Neverwinter rather than the respective games. I know over on PWI the CM has said there would be another email sometime next week for those affected there - might be worth alerting…

See clavdex note above - I knew they had sent out PWI emails with neverwinter codes it seems they did the same with sto! Open the arc client, and click on the redeem key button again, and then there should be an option to view redeemed keys - check which game your last code went to. Bets are it was neverwinter.

Ah, they had a similar problem with a giveaway code over on Perfect World too - ended up getting Neverwinter code. Apparently there will be a re-issue of the code to those affected over there after the weekend sometimes. I would guess the same here if @pwlaughingtrendy is on the case.

All in all, I think the team generally do a good job of aging the characters without going overboard (Brent Spiner's "old Soong" makeup in TNG verged on overdone/goblinesque imho)

press U, find your ship on the left hand side, then in the gear slots, right click on your shield and it should have disable visuals option, you can do same for some engines and consoles which have graphical effects. See vid https://youtu.be/jWRrJg_T21U?t=1m29s

Chase as Leeta in DS9 (2371)(1995 approx) Chase earlier this year in The Flash on CW. That's roughly somewhere around 20 years between these two photos and Chase still looks great. I don't think another 20 years to STO timeline is going to turn her into a crone.

my friend was 58 when he used his, ended up at 60 with 5 spec points. The only way to know is to use it I guess.

check your equipment visual settings - usually shield visuals will overwrite how your material looks in tailor.

make sure the email address to which the code was sent is the email address attached to the account you are trying to use the code on. If you had alt accounts in the past it may be for one of those.

I would suggest asking in channel at various times of day if anyone is an Admin for the channel and if you get a reply (watch out for trolls! they do abound there) ask them to remove you from the channel. It's a bit of work. Or you can just go into your chat options and untick Trade so while you are a member of it it will…
