Yes, I've been having the exact same problem for awhile now. It happens on all of my toons I have the adapt kit module on. I've tried doing a force verify, but the problem persists.

The thing is, Mirror Tilly was only pretending to request asylum- and then used it as cover to take over Pahvo (Para Pacem, and Illusion of Communication). Considering the rift from the are only temporary, I think it's most likely modified to not damage the mycelial network. That being said the Elachi that come out of the rift are probably part of Captain Tarsev's allied force, and not corrupted. I'm really really excited to see that happens next!

Yeah, it's level locked since it comes at Mk XII when you reclaim it, unlike a lot of other reclaimable items which scale with level. So although the ship scales, the Core doesn't, sadly.
