Sony is coming out with an accessibility controller for PS5. Perhaps something similar already exists for PC that acts like a keyboard and can be mapped like this one can?
I too would like this added to console. I have a keyboard hooked up to my PS5 and I can use it for text typing once the onscreen keyboard is loaded. I know it's technically possible as some console games have had full KBM support in the past. Though I admit I don't know what hoops they may have had to jump through with…
I would like more step levels added to the zoom toggle option and perhaps a second camera distance feature added where you can select it, then the menu falls away, you see your ship and HUD. then use your analog sticks to slide zoom in or out to the desired level. then press and hold the left or right d-pad directions then…
This is why event TFOs provide the choice of any rep mark you want. there's nearly always some event going on. Red Alerts are the best time to fill out your mark variety fast (Turbo run through Borg Red Alert queues).
Timegating is the timeless tradition of encouraging impatient players to spend money to accelerate their progress. That is the nature of a free-to-play game. As much as I agree with you, I understand why they won't abide your request.
Yes. 100%. In the mean time can we please make it so the T6 vanity shield project can be canceled? It seems pretty intentional to single it out this way as a forced project. To what end? make it easy to waste marks on a misclick just to clear the slot again? I'd like to think this wasn't the reason. Also, hide the vanity…
Agreed. They can currently only be used on Rep projects, not in the rep store. I would LOVE this idea to be implemented! I don't believe it would hurt the Dilithium market one bit. It would also encourage players to actually try out more of the items in the Rep stores! It might actually HELP the Dil market... just sayin'…
Inconvenient yes, but when you open the DOff box, that is when the DOff is generated from the pool available to your current character's allegience. Race is Irrelevant. Resistance is Futile. ...or so they'd have us believe! ;^P
Confirmed. This happens on PlayStation as well. The interaction plays out, it says I've collected a particle, but the particle isn't acquired. no graphic above ship, nothing to drop off once I go to the Jupiter. I did not look to see if the particle pickup goes away at source. I suspect it does not.
It was cute in the beginning when targeting the station allowed us to cloak it with intel team and similar abilities, but it serves no purpose. It cannot die. There is no benefit and only detriments to this aspect.
Why not have higher difficulty being an option and granting a slight buff to the rewards so if you're tougher, you can complete a bit faster. Hmm, no. That won't work because their goal is to give us a reason to log in as often as possible. What about a special account bound resource to craft account bound Ultimate tech…
Still happening. Converted four BOffs (Fed and KDF BOffs on a KDF character). Each had Scatter Volley III, ALL 4 became Target Subsystem Weapons III instead.
I imagine the weapon visuals are tricky to do for a number of reasons. Two of which could be their connection to Hardpoints (in this case where the beams, Cannon fire or torps emit/launch from), multiple weapon slots (each with their own visual effects, and more. Two ideas for how weapon visual mods could work (UI-wise):…
I suspect this is when you're under the influence of a confuse ability. It swaps friend and foe tags for your sensors. Try the same scenario with a different character and see if it still happens.
They need more details my friend. Let me see what I can add: Once queued and readied, even a private team of 5 will experience 2 players being kicked out (booted to character select screen or even full game crash on occasion). One of those two players are able to log back in and continue the TFO. One is unable to log in to…
What is the technical process of transitioning from one map to another on console? I'm asking because I'm curious if allowing more aggressive local asset caching may make the long load times more efficient.

We'll start implementing that today. I wholeheartedly support this and hope we the community members keep civil. At the end of the day, you're…

I recall Kael mentioning in a livestream that lag/rubber banding was related to how many items we all have. Not sure how that works, but…
> @"bobwolfe2018#3432" That is a different issue. You'll find this has already been reported. Best not to change subject within an existing thread. That said, they're aware and are working on it. For now, don't attempt Red Shift again until they release a patch. That likely won't happen until Tuesday. If you get stuck and…
