Unable to collect completed or slot new Admiralty missions, no Fleet projects available

On PS5 romulan tac character Klingon aligned. Over the weekend it became impossible to collect a completed Admiralty mission or slot any new ones. Additionally, all fleet projects that were ongoing have disappeared.

Check your inventory overflow. This being full/over 50 has caused this problem in the past.
