The past few weeks I have been receiving gold seller spam through the in game mail system. Is there something more I can do to help remove these examples of human excrement from my beloved game? How did they even get my @handle to send me this tripe?

Same thing is happening to me. I currently have 2 offers stuck totaling 102 zen. Had this happen the night before the last maintenance, maintenance cleared the stuck offer.
