I, too, have this issue. I will try to expand the window as soon as I can get back in game; there also seems to be some sort of bug that results in a CTD every time I try to delete in-game email. I'm currently verifying files.

Me, too. Ticket number #4,044,362 (I think. Now that I type it out, I question my memory, and the "View My Tickets" button has never, ever worked for me).

Yes, same here. Two of my toons are unable to claim rewards from the appropriate Temporal Agent vendor, and two of them are. The ones that are experiencing this issue are Kalas@dashripkin and B'ran@dashripkin. Both of them are KDF or KDF-aligned Romulan. My Fed toons are not experiencing any issues.

Ditto. Unable to open packs, unable to open OF bag. Sumbitted bug ticket. Went to view ticket, no ticket is present. I have never been able to actually file a ticket for anything. So, it's good to know that I'm not the only one, so Cryptic can find out that there is a bug.

The only real issue I have had with ARC is a sound issue. If I plug my headset in and launch STO from ARC, everything is fine. That's weird; I've never actually been in a ground battle where a mortar hit a live target. Anyway, have you tried changing them around on the stations tab? It may take some combination of that and rearranging department heads. That's all I would know.

I doubt it. This is F2P; in that model, you're more likely to spend a little money when you're actually playing the game. There's no profit motive in allowing anyone to skip levels.

Shield-melting is great, if you can follow-up with a giant amount of kinetic damage from torpedoes. I ran Tetryon weapons on a T5 Kilingon Raptor for a while. Just checked it again, to be sure. Beamed myself out of ESD as soon as the client loaded, and all was well, until I realized I had left something undone. I decided to try my luck at Starbase 39. Five seconds in, CTD, same ticket number.

Tried again. Verified files, launched client. Selected toon at character select screen, client crashed during initial loading. I was given the same ticket number as before: 14662149.

I verified files, relaunched the client, and played for about 15 minutes before CTD, generating ticket number 14662149. I was browsing the exchange on ESD with my newest toon. I think I'm going to give up on it for awhile and go play guitar.

After today's maintenance, which did not address any crashing issues (according to the patch notes), the client crashed while still in the Cryptic loading screen, issuing ticket number 20653032. The dump for that ticket is still in progress as I type this.
