here on tribble it only counts days u have been a lifetime sub or sub u have to be a 1000 day vet to get the vet ship on tribble, it doesn't matter if u a lifetimer or not tribble goes by the days u have been a sub from the day u started the sub.

with the spire fleet projects set with a 20hr instead like it was before the last patch it will take months to get max. by time you hit the higher tiers it be on holodeck. nice so much for testing any of the fleet spire stuff.

You can only make a rom if u got a email invite for closed beta testing, if u got the email u can make a rom if not you cant not make one at this time right now.

I got a new ship at level 10, 20 but no ships at 30 and 40 at 50 went the the rom fleet looked at the ships and had a ship token for the D'deridex and got it.:)

I have that problem to at level 50 rom cant beam down to New Romulas too.
