Sorry to hijack someone elses thread but the way these forums are structured is insane! I'm looking for advice as a first time player of STO (downloading right now) but it says I can't post any threads? I understand that this is to prevent spamming of the forums but how long do I have to wait to be able to post threads?…

Just tried this and sent the code to my friend for their birthday fingers crossed :) have to pay a small charge for them to scratch the card off ontop of the base charge but much quicker and easier than waiting for them to post a card out. Fingers crossed it will work!

Yeah I've credited ?10 to my STO account but still says I can only post replies and not threads. IIRC the first time you purchase Zen using PayPal they have to perform security checks on you account to ensure you've not been TRIBBLE. If it still hasn't cleared I would try contacting Perfect World and give them the transaction reference number.

From my experience PayPal >> Perfect World Zen is instant. I've never had to wait for it to be credited to my account.

Thanks for the replies I've spent over $600 on Zen with this account and have charged Zen to my STO account too so don't understand why I still can't make my own threads? Regardless of that where do I obtain a Zen card? I've checked my local Game and Grainger Games stores none of which stock them. Neither do PC…

How do I send a friend Zen // purchase Zen for their account? I've tried posting my own thread to ask but it wont let me which IMO seems kinda weird how is one expected to ask for help if we can't post our own threads? /daft.com?
