Yeah its the software cursor suddenly appearing under the hardware cursor, hence one is accelerated and the other is not (Hence the lag) Not sure why it happens but it happened back in the early days. I always fix it by moving my mouse over a scrollback in options or the chat or click on it a few times. Always solves it.

I only took em out for a quick spin (Full Acc x3 MK XII Setup) wasnt anything great, didnt do extensive testing on em though.

Uh, I tested EPS recently and it did NOT give me a boost to EptX or EptS instant heal like the skill tree does, just EPS transfer, so its in fact one of the less useful mods imo.

I agree with the OP, its just a friggin game. No Trekkie has the right to claim this game as a full canon game, nor ppl that dont believe in canon can demand all ships available to them. But as I said, its a game, and make the players happen. Who cares about canon. Geez. U cant take everything that serious in life XD

Since LOR, directx11 in fact reduces performance and significantly increases CPU usage in alot of places.

Well thats a bit of a weird statement as that can be done with both weapons. Only difference is broadsiding. For the OP, DPS, spike, whatever you call it. Its at the end all 'DPS'. Its just a term to specify a specific amount of damage calculated per sec. But that can be a specific time frame, over a whole encounter, etc.…

Sounds good, there seem to be numberous people that simply dont like the color codin in the UI right now. Aside from the high contrasty UI themes this is most probably the biggest culprit. An option to get a more neutral colored UI would be great.

Well, in any case. If anyone can confirm my observations, go to new romulus, stand in a specific point, note the average framerate. Now switch over from DX9 to DX11 or vice versa, and dont change anything else. Restart the game to initialize the new DX mode, see your FPS plummet or increase by at least 20, and your CPU…

Uh, you call Passive hull regen nerfed now, but it still seems like buffed to me. PErhaps the boffs itself got nerfed, but it seems like its no longer crew dependant so even if u take a shower in theta and have 0 crew left alive your hull regen seems higher, at least thats what I thought. Exactly :) LOL You forgot the Hybrid Cloak there. This console will let you recloak with a much shorter cooldown then a normal battlecloak, however the duration of the cloak is limited to 20 seconds, but recloaking can be initiated right after the decloak. :D

You were always able to evasive out of tractor beams before as well, so I dont see why EptE is such a gamebreaker for it. Not saying TB could get a bit of a buff, but oh well.

Same Bullsh`t as with the MVAM, ppl dont want a 10 minute cooldown, they want to re-use it instantly when they blow up if they want. Its just to annoy players, and cryptic doesnt listen. So far for the Legacy pack being awesome.

In that case you might just need to adjust your monitor settings or take away all the colors. The only side effect might be the game looking monochrome now but hey.. The UI dropped back by 10 years of development, guess u gotta go with the flow :D
