I just had the same issue you guys have been having. Had 2 [crtd]x2 [pen] that would turn into [acc]x2 [pen] or [dmg]x2 [pen] when completed. just about every beam array I have crafted today results in mods that differ from the window.

As far as the guardian is concerned what specialization is used. I know it has the hybrid Intel slots but do you honestly gain a lot by having it primary or use one of the others as primary with Intel secondary?

Just the other day I jumped back into my fleet chimera and had the same problem. Shortly after entering tactical mode I am not able to revert back even when red alert goes away. Its on my engie character Six@Byron_Winter

I have been running that set on a Recluse for a while. http://skillplanner.stoacademy.com/?build=tacrecluse1_0 This is for pve and fun to fly around. It will not break any records but is a blast to pilot. Before switching to the Nukara set I was using the shield and deflector of Omega with the Assimilated engines.

As a whole the ship is not that bad. Granted it does have one less tac console than most other cruisers but what pets you have with it make up that lack of dps pretty well. I would go almost as far to say it is the best tank/heal setup of any cruiser out there. If you are interested in seeing what one can do whisper me…
