+1 to this. Star Trek Online is now full with non-combat pets and is lacking in combat pets (consumables or not) also some of torpedo platforms(including their obtaining assignments) has been removed from game, such as tricobalt platform .

best way is to dig on snow piles or kill the snowman overlord.the snow piles gives you random items mostly after you dig 800 snowballs from the same pile. Are you sure that time converter is right for Romania (Bucharest time) ? If the last maintenance were at the same time (7-9 am PDT) the server went down at 14:00 pm not 17:00.
