I finally got a reply back from support stating that there was a technical problem with stipends in april and I may have received a double stipend. I resubscribed earlier in May and I have not yet received my stipend. I put in a ticket over a week ago and have not gotten a response back.

I am having the exact same problem. I am subscribed to STO and when I go into my account it says inactive and when I try to log into STO or Neverwinter I get a message saying unable to authenticate.
