I agree they weren't free, but I am pretty sure you could purchase them with a ship token the same as a Romulan ship up until level 40. Edit: Found the post from borticuscryptic stating as such, it can be found here..…

Yes, and have a ship token available to purchase a romulan ship. Any Fed ship costs dilithium to purchase.

I still can't reclaim any of the ships I've already unlocked even with the original character that unlocked the ship. I checked and all three that I copied over had the Qmendated accolade as well but every ship is still greyed out. That would be nice, but I'd settle for a box or boxes with mats inside them to make it easier to aquire them rather than copy, rinse repeat with a holodeck toon that has them.

The daily research projects don't seem to be registering as completed after the project finishes in my R&D school. Takes 10 seconds to complete which is great but not getting credit for doing it after investing all those mats kinda sucks.

I'm getting particles from all of them at ESD, just not getting credit for completing them. Which makes completing the mission impossible and no commendaions awarded also impossible. At this rate I don't see any one but the ones that spend Lobi getting this ship due to all the bugs that continue to be implemented into this…

I've started a new Fed toon on tribble and just worked into the new romulan mystery content. So far it's good quality with the exception of a few bugs, but the progression of XP isn't enough. I have the same issue with needing any civilian or officer to craft the training manuals in the R&D officer training tab but none of the doff's I have will slot to it. It's not just BOFF stations, it's everything. DOFF's being given unauthorized leave, BOFF's going AWOL, traits being cleared, loadouts changing on a whim. It's completely broken now. Might as well bring in the new ship transfer feature, we already have to manually fix our ships after every map load any way.

Same here with me, I just started playing STO this past October so this is my first ever winter event and only the carrier is unlocked account wide after completing all 3 ships on 3 different toons.

It's not just upgrading that I think is messed up, I just started playing a couple of months ago and just now got my oldest toon to level 12 on 2 of the R&D categories. I figured up how long it will take me to get to level 20 continuing the way I have been by doing the daily 6k points upgrade. It will be another 244 days…

I'm running a gtx 770 and I have to manually set my fan to 100% with this game or it starts over-heating. Only game I have to do that with. It runs warmer than I would like on most games but from what I've read that's normal for this card.

It's not just the Klingon side that can't get this gear. I have a Fed toon that can't get it either. Am in ESD and at the tailor, the drop down box shows the club gear selection but after choosing it nothing is there at all. Only gives you the formal wear options.
