There is a 3rd party product called "Joytopad" that I've got to work, it's just temporary, it suffers all the drawbacks mentioned above as it translates to key presses, no xy axis

Aa far as I'm aware, STO only accepts 1 analogue control in game. The stick you have, I use and in 6 months I've not found a way to get the game to recognise the throttle

I ran into this on my old computer in January when I started playing STO during the Anniversary. We checked my drivers and cards and they had the correct version of DirectX.
