I've got Holodeck and Tribble both patched up to date, however when I log out the launcher starts downloading a 9.8gb patch. Is this a pre-patch for Legacy?

I had the same issue, and found a workaround. Before transferring your character, log into it on holodeck, and switch your active ship to something you don't use.. I used my old starter ship I had laying around. Then transfer your character.. your starter ship should be empty, but then just visit a dock and change back to…
