Same issue. Launcher will not pop up, although I do see it in Task Manager. I can run GameClient.exe but it will not log in.

Yeah, cant login now... was playing fine until I tried to switch characters.

2nd day in a row with a massive queue.... talk about a completely botched launch. All that hype about May 21, and when it gets here... wah wah wah. No dice. Fun thing for me is my position in the queue NEVER MOVES, so why even have it? Just pop me up a message and say "Bad luck today, try again TOMORROW". Serious fail.

Server's been down so long, I've removed lint from my bellybutton 3 times. Super serial.

I've gotten to the character access screen a couple times now. Still can't load maps. As a network engineer, I can tell you what I see. The login server is processing your accounts. The database is likely under heavy stress (or more likely, they have debugging logs going crazy and freezing it up, common mistake on database…

The server was just built too good... ran the game, came up with "42" and it was all over.
