• I have been getting the "Your account has been temporarily suspended." as well. But i don't have offensive character names or ship names. n been a week now. I also had not gotten an e-mail explaining why either. typically you get a corresponding e-mail saying why got suspended or banned. still not gotten one.

• i keep trying to login from STO launcher and get Cryptic error n launcher crashes, after the feb/22/2019 maintenance update, still cant get on. wasnt having the issue until after the maintenance update.

• i have not been able to do anything with it almost all year. either game wont start up or no sound and crash when click on anything. restored , updated, still wont run... lol so much for lvl 100+ n 50$ already invested in it... kinda pointless when cant even get on.........................................

• im have issue right now,, idled out because i fell asleep, and chat wont work for anything, channels are gone and wont recognize the or zone chat etc
