Upgrading a levelless item was moved to level 60, and as such the item also scales to 60, the more details of the item should mention this information.

It is not usually announced whether a ship can be 3d printed or not in the blog. Which should probably change. But aside from that, the Connie III is intentionally unable to be 3d printed.

I did not see this during my testing, If you can provide video proof of your Ship subsystem power level presets changing by themselves that would be great.

Its a known issue that the screenshots folder is not being created on fresh install of the game. The screenshots folder is where ship customization and your tailor saves go. It is being worked on.

I'll get a bug in though to get the console moved to a non-locked slot

I believe their issue is their character was low level when they claimed the ship, and the console was going to appear in one of the locked console slots. Soon as they level up, decommission the ship and re-commission it at a higher level the console will be there.

My testing setup: Swapped to the Gorn ship with trait obtained and equipped only the quad cannons equipped I gave myself rapid fire 3 I spawned an enemy and stood next to them at 0.1 used rapid fire Fired on the enemy and I did not get self-inflicted damage. This was already sent to CS and us in development. The player above bought/traded/obtained a Romulan faction locked doff somehow. Romulan/ Federation faction boffs are not usable by Klingons, this is intentional.
