Just to make things clear, the N'Kaam does come with a secondary deflector slot, as do all scout ships, can mount dual cannons and has built-in (basic) raider flanking, so a captain running Temporal as a main spec can still flank both with their weapons and a number of science boff abilities. I do, in fact, have a Michael Garibaldi (my most advanced FedTac; AoY) and a Zathras (RomTac Alien, Delta Recruit). The latter isn't going to see a lot of action now that he's unlocked everything that he could and I was all too aware of that going in, hence the name and looks.

@jaeph: What you want to do is to achieve maximum time on target with as many weapons and abilities as possible.
