Same here. I was logged in with my first toon after the maintenance and when I wanted to switch to another one I got booted and then received the error message.

I hope this bug gets fixed soon. Until then, there´s a work around: https://www.reddit.com/r/sto/comments/9n69my/dyson_ground_boffs_work_around/ It worked for me on the Dyson BZ, I haven´t tried it on Kobali yet.

Maintenance will be finished in appr. 40 minutes. @ambassadorkael#6946 again set the event time as UTC - which is false. Seriously, it really isn´t hard to use the Event Time Announcer properly...

It happened in a Borg red alert to me. After zoning in (which took longer as usual) I couldn´t move and got a penalty as well.

You might want to check your event time announcer again. I believe that your time is not UTC. Just saying. @ambassadorkael#6946

Yup, that was the first thing that came into my mind (of course it happened to me, too, a long time ago^^). The icons for fleet credits and credits look very similar, if you don´t look closely.

Did you, by any chance, buy provisions (embassy, dilithium mine, spire, research lab and K-13) from your replicator? They cost fleet credits.
