I just want to be able to arrange my BOFFs on my HUD the way I want them. And to be able to select which skills of theirs to use in flight. It's ridiculous having everyone leveled up to Commander, but I can only use the Ensign skill that just tickles the enemy a little bit after you reach Admiral.

Just had the same thing happen with "dlt_kobali_prime_az_temple_interior". Logged out, logged in, repeatedly. Nothing. I was just looking to see if anyone else had this problem, thinking it was the map, but apparently it's a bit more widespread than I thought.
