The thalaron drones/turrets on the ground will reduce you to ashes quite effectively. And as mentioned before, even when reduced to ashes, death has no meaning, your medic can bring you back to life, you don't even need a doctor
I have been asking for this one for years. No response from devs on it to my knowledge. Let the player decide what modifiers they want to add, and change the recipe to different particles for the different effects. This would allow crafting of very useful items and revitalize crafting and give us a reason to search for…
Try Engineering Team, if you can see the stars through your ship, you likely have hull breaches. But seriously, I hate Windows 8, I downgraded back to Windows 7 for a while until I decided to wipe my computer and re-install. I have actually found that I hate 8.1 less than Windows 8. There have been some improvements for PC…
I agree that having and firing torpedoes is visually appealing. But as far as effectiveness, it seems like the cutting beam is a better way to deal kinetic damage.
Anyone who says they have never had a moment where they thought that having a tribble, and a unique item, or a pet take up a device slot on the ground was inconvenient at the very least is lying. IMO, pets are a waste of processing power anyway. Except for combat pets, They actually serve a purpose.
Not exactly the same issue. We warped into the system together. I was the team/squad leader and was not able to select who was bringing BOFFs. The menu opened and the options were there, but it would not change the selection.
I have actually suggested this before, but what they should do is do away with rank when it comes to bridge officer stations. Just like on the ground, bridge officers should be able to use all of the abilities available to them in space limited by their rank, not the rank of the console they are sitting at.
Actually, we have already seen both ship and hand held energy weapons work underwater in canon. The Delta Flyer went underwater and used its weapons in 'Thirty Days' We saw Federation officers begin firing phaser rifles from underwater in a pond in 'Flesh and Blood'.
I agree with the idea of starting with common items, then needing a certain type of particle to give it a certain proc [uncommon]. then use the uncommon version and some particles and data samples to add a second proc to produce [rare]. I have suggested this numerous times, never get a response on it, but I think that…
I guess he is just another one of those items that you pick up along the way that will just sit there forever. Like the ground stuff you pick up on new Romulus that just sits in your inventory.
Nevermind. I figured out the forum title thing. Now, the original question. If no one else has had this issue, please tell me that too. Then that means its a setting somewhere.
I agree. My wife and I have been able to play basically every night this week. Yeah, it was down last night, oh well, we have other things to do. Remember TV? Those were the good ole days... you could just watch Star Trek on TV.
patches and maintenance are not unexpected this was a large release, like previous posts have said, you don't really find all of the bugs and issues until its put under a real life load
After LoR, I would like to see a complete re-vamp of the crafting system to make it worthwhile again in the ways that I have suggested previously, let us choose the modifiers to add and the recipes change depending on the type, rarity and modifier you have selected. AND A total re-vamp of the exploration system. This would…
