My main character can't seem to acquire new traits, wether I buy them from the exchange or acquire them through rep tiers. I can't find them anywhere in my available traits:mad:. It might be worth noting that he is a Reman Engineer. Verchi@captainfan84 never mind, problem fixed

I can't connect to the patch server, I can't stand this, I don't have access to another computer and I can't play the damn game because the cryptic loading screen sits there for 5 minutes then tells me the connection to the patch server failed because it was idle for too long. I can't even submit a damn error report thing…

Hey about 4 days ago my launcher stopped working I had experienced this problem before and fixed it by un-installing and re-installing STO. This time however I found a lovely little problem in the form of ARC!!!! No matter what I do, ARC says the same exact thing all the time "checking for updates" I left this thing…

Yesterday My launcher wouldn't come up at all! I uninstalled STO to re install but the site tells me I have to download ARC to download STO Arc has been saying "checking for updates" for over 3 hours now and I'm getting really pissed off!

approximately 45 minutes to an hour before said emergancy maintanence a map was taking forever to load. I closed out thinking if I logged back in, it would fix it.
