you need to get your cannon skill up to 15, then you can make dual heavy cannons with a 90 degree arc. just finished my first one a couple hours ago.

So the way I'm understanding this (and maybe I'm being too optimistic) is that the sale has been pushed back to a later date and they can't explain why because their contract forces them to take the blame no matter who's at fault. interesting how all info about the sale for Xbox is nowhere to be found, hopefully we still get the sale it has now been 30 minutes since the sale was supposed to start, Borg event and elachi lock boxes showed up exactly when they said. if they don't want our money that's fine, plenty other ways to blow our cash.

he is behind some tables just past the tactical option, doesn't show on the map. also, I haven't been able to just hit A to activate him, I had to go into the captain commands to do it. hope that helps
