Trying to complete a TFO as an Endeavor, but we got booted by a 'Map Transfer Failed' error. Agreed. I'm on PC, and from what I can tell, each time you have to respawn when trying to disable the third and final beam emitter near the end, the game auto-spawns a bunch of new enemy ships in addition to those already there. That last segment of the mission quickly becomes uncompletable. [picard] Suggestions? [/picard]

My mistake - it was a PC giveaway. I did use the filter feature on the newly redone news page to narrow the search to PC news items only, but the filter doesn't seem to be working right now (did a double check). (Using up to date Chrome browser.)

It's having to change your bookmarks each time the site changes its sub-URLs (of course the main Arc homepage URL doesn't change). Also had to switch browsers with the newest changes, or mine just displays blank pages. Had a less recent version of my browser that included the option to manage updates on your own time, but…

...And an update - it happened to me again this morning. Not during a TFO this time, but I did lose a Purple-quality item while interacting with the Personal Equipment officer at Earth Spacedock. Checked my internet connection straight away, but this time the fault was not at my end. Servers need some love.

This sometimes happens to me as well, even before the update. Normal Login should get you back in straight away. I tried Safe Login the first time I got this, and had to start the mission over. Hope that helps.

I have had a number of server disconnects happen to me, too. Sometimes during a TFO as well, so the game gives me the 30 minute 'leaver' penalty each time (that needs to be fixed so that there's no penalty if it's a server issue on either end). Try switching your active weapon first, the gauntlet uses a weapon slot.

Someone in the in-game chat was speculating that they thought it was Q Jr. from Voyager (John de Lancie's real life son Keegan), but there's been no confirmation of that yet.

Obviously the vast majority of players are not to blame for server dropouts, so the 30-minute penalty for leaving a TFO in progress needs to be dropped. Had that happen to me recently.
