Anniversary Giveaway Items Going Away Earlier Than Posted

I play for an hour or so in the mornings, usually between 8 am PT and 9 am PT. I saw there was an issue with yesterday's giveaway, and came back today at 8:30 am PT after reading the update on the blog. Both Giveaway items (2 Fleet DO packs, 4 Elite BO tokens) were already gone from the Promotions tab, despite the blog entry indicating 10 am PT as the cutoff. Anyone else having the same issue?

    My mistake - it was a PC giveaway. I did use the filter feature on the newly redone news page to narrow the search to PC news items only, but the filter doesn't seem to be working right now (did a double check). (Using up to date Chrome browser.)
