I've looked in their DOFFs to see if there are any Gold Doffs waiting to go. There aren't any. Checked their inventory to see if I have to USE them. They aren't there. Nothing is there.

Thanks and done. I reset the filters and there are 3 or 4 characters that have zero Gold Doffs on their roster. I know I didn't get the DOFF for them all cause I had just gotten the reward about 10 minutes before the patch and was only able to get 3-4 done before servers went down.

I have had this issue too. I have gotten around it by having to go to the DOFFs where they are in the ship on the crew decks or in engineering. You can still do the DOFF quests from there and they offer the same ones, just gotta travel a bit. It is a pain.
