New Consoles use an 8 core processor that runs at a lower clock speed and STO seems to be optimized to run only on 2 cores, so a higher clock speed is required. It would take an engine over hall to get it to use all 8 cores on the console

STO is the only MMO I really play. I am burned out on DnD style MMOs like WoW and Guild Wars 2. SWTOR while it is sci-fi they really dropped the ball as it should of had space combat similar to SW Battle Front not some star fox clone.

I have been having the problem with full screen mode myself if I play the game in full screen mode the colors are washed out and the screen is really bright I have to take the brightness down to like 45 -50 just fixed the brightness, but the game still looks really bad.
