My support ticket has been escalated so hopefully they will look at a fix in the next few days. I will post up on here what they say.

Ok so not fixed I some how managed to get into the game last night, but this morning it's a no go again. I have opened a ticket with support lets see what they say.

I have fixed the issue by deactivating Windows Defender.

I'm having same issue can someone fix this please. Can't get past the Cryptic splash screen.

I can't get onto game, it loads the legacy of romulus screen then goes into a windowed screen and becomes unresponsive. It didn't do this the last time I played, only since todays update. Anyone know of a fix for it or is this a more widespread issue.

Can we sort the log in problems please come on cryptic.

I have the same error on all 7 of my characters, not happy at all. I think they might have a problem from the new update.
