May I please get a little help with this?
The client wants to go here:
http://code/svn/StarTrek/Baselines/ST.85.20180314a.0(221772)
Firewall blocks it as suspicious and there's nothing I can find on the forum or in the patch notes. Already have permission for the game in my firewall. What is this?
I tried force verify/safe mode and tribble wants to run the same thing.
Thanks

I'm guessing you're the same person I talked to on Reddit. For the benefit of everyone else, I'll briefly repeat what I explained there.
SVN stands for Subversion, a version control system. The number 221772 denotes the SVN revision corresponding to the current version of STO, which is ST.85.20180314a.23.
ST.85.20180314a.0 is the first version of the branch containing the current version; think of it as the starting point of the current branch.
The URL that you posted looks as though it refers to an internal SVN repository that's accessible from within Cryptic's offices. There may be a developer setting that causes the client to access that URL, and it's possible the setting got accidentally turned on for regular users. That would be my guess as to what's happening.
My guess is its actually the redirect from the login server to the current game version as the login server is common to all cryptic games. But, it shouldn't get flagged as suspicious. If it's getting flagged try updating virus signatures.
