I still can not get into the game. my graphics card is not fully compatible but that never stopped me until house shattered patch. So either the game launcher is over senstive to my graphic card and crashing or the game requires you to have a better card now, i dont know. i have tried everything possible and suggested…

Thanks for the suggestion but im afraid i get the same result, thanks anyway. Gonna let my friend take a look in morning as hes good with stuff like this. I guessing they may hav changed the requirements a little to play this game. If thats the case, i may abandon the game untill i hav a better computer.

yep, ive Turn off on demand patching, force verify and try launching in safe mode, seems to work but before cryptic title appears it crashes. So ive done a clean install with force verify. still crashes. My only option is to report this error.

Good news is, i no longer get dx error but now i get client crash and client quit unexpectedly...

I've tried arc, steam and the sto launcher. Same error. But i usually only use sto launcher.

I've got win7 and nvidia geforce 315 and been playing with this setup since 2012. Never had any problem like this until house shattered update. I also as a test installed game on brothers new gaming rig (win10+nvidia Geforce RTX 2060 dx12). Still same error message.

As an experiment i installed sto on brother's new gaming rig (win10+nvidia Geforce RTX 2060 dx12). Still doesn't work. Guessing the problem is at their end.

Same problem here, game worked fine before update. Also getting dx10 error. I have dx11.
