Thank you, finaly after trying both options, restart game, do again some tryings the game accessed to give me the ship, i don't really know what of the options i do was the one that allow me to claim the ship, maybe a convination.... Any way thank you a lot, and have live long and prosper!!

hello yesterday i buy the vanguard starter pack. Now i have leveled the ship to mastery T6 and now i can't reclaim the ship with the rest of the characters in the account. any one have any solution? thank you in advance
