Unable to Claim Vanguard Warship on non-JH Characters Despite Having Rank 6 Mastery

exactly as it says in the title i have rank 6 mastery on said ship on my main JH Character (Screenshot showing Rank 6 Mastery unlocked: https://ibb.co/c60hpJ ) and im unable to claim it on non JH characters for example on my temp agent ( https://ibb.co/gXatwy ) and i decided to take a look at the ship on my secondary JH character and it doesnt have rank 6 mastery ( https://ibb.co/mARNpJ ) i dont particularly want grind rank 6 again on my 2nd JH character

    Maybe try discharging the ship from the 2nd JH character and see if the 'lock' on that is what prevents the ship being claimed.

    I had the same issue then it was fixed by a patch but they might broke it again. All you can do is wait or write a ticket. I only could wait because I can't even write tickets in this game. But its ok it only been over 2 month I guess i wait a couple more years maybe then i can write tickets again...

    hello
    yesterday i buy the vanguard starter pack. Now i have leveled the ship to mastery T6 and now i can't reclaim the ship with the rest of the characters in the account. any one have any solution?

    There is a 2nd OPTION for reclaiming the Starter Pack in ZEN Store on ALT character's. So if you haven't already claimed the Starter Pack on those character's perhaps instead try Gamma Vanguard Starter pack CLAIM instead of Jem'Hadar Vanguard Dreadnought Cruiser.

    Both options should work for you unless you haven't CLAIMED the Starter Pack on the ALT first.

    Thank you, finaly after trying both options, restart game, do again some tryings the game accessed to give me the ship, i don't really know what of the options i do was the one that allow me to claim the ship, maybe a convination....
