Yes you can, when you choose to align with the Feds you get access to the Liberated Borg bridge officer and when you align with the Klinks you can use the other one too.

The Aegis Warp Core doesn't have to be Part of the set, just in the Theme of the set, like the Assimilated Module (see below) was in theme with the Borg set before it became part of a set. They can add it to or make it part of a set at a later date in the same way.…

I was indeed referring to the one where you get a reward for being logged in for an hour although it should probably be longer than that. I really liked one of the last ones that was done where we had to level to a certain point to get better items. Thanks for the info CaptainRevo1, I will keep an eye out for it then.
