Fed Borg Boff on Romulan char??

Ok quick question, does any know if a fed aligned romulan can use the fed borg boff from the z-store? i just dont like the look of the reman borg (or reman's in general (sorry to all those playing as one))

    Yes you can, but it only has Fed costume options.

    Yes you can, when you choose to align with the Feds you get access to the Liberated Borg bridge officer and when you align with the Klinks you can use the other one too.
